Main Responsibilities:

-　　 Coordinate with clients

-　　 Coordinate with relative disciplines for input/output

-　　 Lead process calculation such as: stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations pump hydraulic, line size, water hammer, PSV release capacity and size for fire case and restriction orifice etc. with Aspen (mandatory)

-　　 Responsible for process deliverable documents quality control: P&ID, Equipment list, Pipeline list, Safety device list, tie-in list;

-　　 Lead technic support of process equipment/package/special item (PSV, breath valve, flame arrestor etc.) procurement: datasheet & technic Spec, MRQ, TBE, MRP, technical clarifications with client & vendors & subcontractors, vendor drawing review and approval;

-　　 Responsible for authority approval meeting preparation, introduction and modification for Safety Device Volume, Occupational Disease Protection Volume; and General introduction volume and Cost Estimate.

-　　 Problem solution support for construction site

-　　 Concept design for project, including ±10% Cost Estimate:

-　　 Coordinate with relative disciplines for input/output;

-　　 Lead process concept design: process description, P&ID, process equipment list, pipeline list, safety device list, tie-in list, process datasheet and utility consumption, start-up procedures etc.

-　　 Responsible for process quality and schedule control;

-　　 Technical clarifications with vendors & subcontractors, cost estimate support

-　　 A revamping project, expansion or modification projects with ±10% Cost Estimation

Requirements:

-　　 Basic studies and professional experience recommended

-　　 Very good ability to communicate and a distinct ability to work in a team

-　　 Independent working

-　　 Process design experience in Engineering company recommended

-　　 Experience in piping design (piping layout with PDSOFT, piping material study etc.)

-　　 Project proposal, Feasibility Study Report (FSR)

-　　 Project Application Report (PAR)

-　　 Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

-　　 Basic Engineering Package (BEP)

-　　 China Preliminary Design Package (CPDP)

-　　 Detailed Engineering Design (DED), and site construction support etc.

-　　 The process design experience mainly includes calculation for material and heat balance, equipment and pipes size;

-　　 Development of PFD / PID / UID;

-　　 Preparation of process specification, equipment list, pipeline list and datasheet, special piping fitting list;

-　　 Pump hydraulic calculation, PSV & breathe valve calculation, flame arrestor and steam traps selection, stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations;

-　　 Procurement support with material requisition/specification (MRQ) /TBA/MRP;

-　　 Vendor drawing review and approval; cost support, etc.

-　　 Experience with HAZOP execution procedure

Required Knowledge and Skills

-　　 Codes & Standards

o Knowledge of standards & codes regarding to process and piping design such as GB, HG, SH, ASME, API, NEC, DIN and so on

-　　 Computer

o ProⅡ, Hysys, Aspen Flare System Analyzer or Aspen plus, HTRI, SPPID, MS office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D Plant, PDSOFT, Aspen to calculate

-　　 Languages

o English (full working proficiency required, at least limited working proficiency

　　 recommended!)

o Chinese or German (limited working proficiency recommended but not required!)
